On the Journée Défense et Citoyenneté, the Consul General of France, Mr. Philippe Lalliot, visited the Lycée Français de New York.
The purpose of the Journée Défense et Citoyenneté is to inform young Frenchmen and women of their rights and duties as citizens, as well as to help them better understand our country’s institutions and the essential issues involving national defense.
