#GoodFrance2017: The Gloo [fr]
#GOODFRANCE2017 is coming soon ! The worldwide event Goût de France/Good France dinners will be organized on the same evening in 150 countries on March 21st. Today, we introduce you to one of the seven restaurants participating in New-York: Le Gloo.
Gloo is a modern French bistro which was opened in 2015 by Christophe Garnier and Constance Hudault. In a nice atmosphere created by the French designer Pascale Palun, Gloo serves authentic French food made with fresh local products.
Chef Owner Christophe Garnier is inspired by the eighteen years spent in Provence, creating restaurants in Marseille, Avignon, Châteauneuf-du-Pape... He also created AOC, a restaurant and wine bar in Lyon at Les Halles Paul Bocuse, the famous market of the City of Gastronomy. The Chef Christophe cooks only fresh seasonal products, sustainable or organic whenever possible. He is constantly seeking the best products and 2017 will be the year of Farm to Table. He is also a Sommelier and selects amazing wines from small winemakers, many of which are organic and biodynamic.
